Solar Connection Issues

Some vendors replace your old meter when solar panels are installed. Locate your meter then do the following:

  1. Launch Copper mobile.
  2. Tap on the Settings icon in the upper-left corner.
  3. Tap on the gear icon for your home.
  4. Tap on Add Meter and follow the instructions.
  5. Let us know when you submit new meter requests. Once Copper hears the new meters we will remove the old meter from your account.
