"Oops - Something went wrong" message when signing in

This is an uncommon message that some users see after entering their PIN to sign in. This message is typically caused by an issue specific to your phone.
1. Are you on the most recent release of Copper? You might want to go to your App store and check if an update is available. If there is - install the update. 

2. We have seen instances where previous attempts to sign in were cached in the browser and causing problems.
Ensure the browser isn't loading a 'cached' login page for the Copper app
 
iOS:
a) Launch Safari, and select the tabs button in the lower-right corner Then tap X to close any Copper login authentication tabs).
b) Then try force-quitting the Safari web browser (diagonal swipe and then swipe up to close the app).
c) Then try logging in again.
 
Android:
a) Launch Chrome, and select the tabs icon at the upper-right corner Then tap X to close any Copper login authentication tabs).
b) Then try force-quitting Chromer (press the apps icon at the lower left and then swipe up to close the app).
c) Then try logging in again.
