How do I submit a ticket to Copper Support?

There are 3 ways to submit support tickets.

 

1. The recommended way is to submit a ticket from within Copper mobile. This is preferred because it generates a diagnostic file that helps us understand the details of your installation.

If you are not sure how to submit a ticket via Copper mobile:

 

a) Select the Setup icon at the upper left

 

b). Select "Support"

 

c). Select "Contact Support"

 

d) Fill out the form that appears

 

2. You can submit a ticket from the Copper support website

 

3. Or you can send an email to support@copperlabs.com.
