In some circumstances, your Copper can become disconnected from your WiFi, for example, after a power outage, moving, or if you lose your connection for some other reason.
If your Copper becomes disconnected, it is easy to correct.1. If your Copper displays the screen below, select "Reconnect" and follow the instructions as shown below.
2. If you see a message that the Copper device is not responding, please re-add the gateway. The animation below demonstrates the steps.
