How do I add or reconnect a meter?

Learn how to add or reconnect a meter to your Copper account

Is your meter becomes disconnected or you need to add a new meter? Never Fear! It's easy to add a new meter to Copper mobile.
1.  Launch Copper mobile.
2. Tap on the Settings icon in the upper-left corner.
3. Tap on the gear icon for your home.
4. Tap on 'New Meter'.
5.  Select the type of meter you are installing.
6.  If you are installing an electric meter, indicate whether or not your home is generating energy via solar.
7.  When prompted, take a photo of your meter and submit it.
8.  Your new meter will be processed and attached to your account. This can take up to 24 hours.
